I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and operate with Interpersonal Neurobiology as my underlying framework. This informs my attachment theory focus on therapy as well as an emotion forward and mindfulness oriented approach. I'm an EMDR Certified Therapist and currently working towards becoming an EMDR Consultant and I have also completed AEDP Level 1 training. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, and parenting. I modify my therapeutic approach based on the needs, goals, and strengths of the client, so as to find a good fit for each individual, couple, or family.

Being engaged in the current literature surrounding the field of psychotherapy is one of my highest values because it provides information on how to best help people experience well-being and thriving. This leads me to be constantly learning about new skills, techniques, and practices.
